  • Stay hydrated

Drinking lots of water cures a lot of problems in your body, and one of them is cavities. Yes, if you drink a lot of water, your mouth does not become dry, and the saliva keeps getting replenished, thus washing away the bacteria in your mouth and preventing the buildup of tartar or plaque.
